I am a personal caregiver with 10 years of experience. I have both worked for an elderly adult facility and live-in homes. I got my start at a nursing home in Arizona for 1 year. I then moved to California and found steady work in taking care of 2 elderly women( different patients, different families)for 5 yrs. I then took care of an elderly male in Las Vegas for a year and a half. I have also worked under caregiving agencies in California and Las Vegas working with different patients. I have experience with patients with Alzheimer, dementia, ambulatory, non-ambulatory, Parkinson's disease, etc. I am experienced with the hoyer lift, bed bathing, dressing, feeding, medication management, light exercises, transferring patients from chair to bed, emptying urine catheter, emptying colostomy bags, feeding tube, etc. I also have a car for transportation to medical appointments.
