About Alazia

I'm Alazia , I have over 7 years of experience working with children in both daycare and school settings. I currently work as an elementary special education teacher and have previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), giving me strong experience supporting children with diverse learning and behavioral needs. I hold a Bachelor's degree and am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT). I'm passionate about creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported. I enjoy incorporating fun, educational activities while also helping with routines, homework, and social development. As a parent to a 3-year-old myself, I understand the importance of trust, patience, and communication when it comes to caring for children. I take pride in being dependable, attentive, and genuinely invested in every child's well-being.
