Hello! Currently employed by a wonderful family but ending soon! My 5-year-old nanny kid is starting kindergarten this fall. I have been with my current family for 3 short years, and taught their son to read, write and do arithmetic in his head! I'm looking to work business hours and bring my +1 along (my 2. 5 yr old) As for my parenting and disciplinary style, I practice gentle authoritative parenting with an emphasis on maintaining connection. I'm big on natural consequences, and am ready and regulated to meet your child where they are at.
