About Alayna

Hello! My name is Alayna and I'm an easy going, reliable and flexible 24-year-old with 3 years of professional experience. My 3 years of experience were gained in my hometown of West Yellowstone, Montana at Little Ranger's Learning Center where I had the opportunity to work and help the center grow from "making do" in the nursery room of a church to constructing our own building and providing care for 30+ families of my local community. I also have 10+ years of "unprofessional" childcare experience, being the oldest child of a single mom. I believe it's important to allow children to just be children but it's up to the adults in their life to help encourage and teach respect for themselves, others, & their community. Some of my favorite things are arts & crafts, my cats, & little adventures.
