About Alayna

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, independent, and approachable. Growing up with many siblings gave me experience early on; playing, and supporting kids has always come instinctively. I began working with children at 13 years old, babysitting for a neighbor who worked nights bartending. I regularly stayed overnight caring for her children and pets. In my free time, I enjoy riding snowmobiles and dirt bikes, hunting and fishing, attending truck pulls, riding horses, caring for my goats and dogs, baking and cooking for friends and family, reading, coloring, painting, and spending time outdoors. One important thing to note is that I do travel about four to five weeks out of the year at various times, and occasionally trips may come up with about two weeks' notice. I value open and honest communication and always strive to plan ahead when possible. I take pride in creating a safe, positive, and fun environment where children feel supported and cared for.
