With over 9 years of experience caring for children from 6 months to 12 years old, I've learned how to create a balance of fun, safety, structure, and creativity. I've also worked as a Registered Behavior Technician with children on the autism spectrum, which has strengthened my patience, communication, and flexibility. I hold a degree in Psychology and currently work in a parenting research lab focused on child development, so I bring both hands-on experience and academic insight to my care. I love encouraging imagination through play and helping kids build confidence and emotional awareness. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, have my own car, and I'm happy to assist with pickups, meal prep, light housekeeping, and activity supervision.
