About Alayna

Hello there! I am a person-centered companion with about 10 years of professional experience in caring for alter-abled adults, seniors, as well as kiddos. My focus is on dignity-heavy care and as much laughter as we can muster! From 1:1 caregiving through the state for adults with disabilities, to behaviorally challenged children, and most recently, managing the activities department in a dementia unit, I love service-oriented jobs. My warmth and genuine care shines through, allowing me to connect with the people I'm caring for and (hopefully) allowing them to more fully be themselves. Safety is my number one priority, I am CPR and First Aid Certified. Some other skills I possess: meal preparation, organization/cleaning, medication management, running errands. Seeking a part-time job to fill in the gaps financially, but potentially move into a more full-time position.
