Alaya watched our child 2 days a week for a couple months. She was attentive and caring. She followed our schedule and activities to play with her throughout the day. Overall our experience was positive. However, she frequently arrived a few minutes late and called off of work sick a couple times in the short time she was with us, and she quit without notice leaving us without care for our child.
