Struggles with reliability and communication. Hired Alanna two separate days within a month, one being my wedding anniversary. The first day she cancelled on us two hours before start time, the second she cancelled less than an hour before. We lost a total of 100$ in deposits and cancellation fees because we didn’t have time to find a replacement. My problem is less about the cancellations and more with the lack of professional communication and giving my family enough time to find coverage.
