Alanna is the best nanny that we could have asked for our baby girl, who is now a toddler. She has been with us for 6months+ and has cared for our girl like her own. Alanna is very patient, kind and goes out of her way to make sure the child gets great learning and development experiences. She plays with our kid outdoors, does art & crafts projects, reads her books, teaches her alphabets/numbers/colors, plays music and dances with her, among so many other things. She is genuinely interested in her well-being and development. My kid absolutely adores Alanna and so does she. Due to change in our child care needs we would only need her part time, it was a tough decision but happy that my kid would still get to see her.
