Alannah went above and beyond for our family and made us feel comfortable when we didn’t have family around to help us out. She met with us prior to her start date and got to know us. She sang songs all day to our newborn and held him constantly. She sent updates and photos of when he ate, slept and if he gave her a big smile for the camera! She was expert in using our breastmilk and not wasting milk if she could avoid it. My 4.5 year old daughter loved her and hugged her (something she rarely does with her own family!). She entertained our daughter and allowed her to play even when the baby was awake she still found a way to involve her. Alannah is a blessing to us and we hope to have her come see the kids after she gets back from school!! 25 out of 10 recommendation!
