About Alaniz

Hi families! My name is Alaniz, and I'm a caring, dependable, and outgoing person who genuinely enjoys working with and helping others. I have a professional background in healthcare and leadership, which has taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, communication, and creating a safe, supportive environment. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, going on walks, staying active, and finding fun, creative ways to make everyday activities enjoyable. I'm naturally nurturing, attentive, and easygoing, and I understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable and confident in the person caring for their children. I would love the opportunity to become a trusted helping hand for a family, whether that means keeping little ones entertained, helping with daily routines, or simply providing a positive and caring environment. I look forward to connecting with you and your family! I'd describe my personality as Compassionate, outgoing, and dependable.
