About Alani

Hi! I'm a college educated caregiver with a lifelong love for working with children. Growing up island raised with four younger siblings and several younger cousins, caring for kids has always been a natural part of my life. From helping with homework, bedtime routines, and planning fun activities, I've been hands on from an early age. I also had the opportunity to travel to Senegal, Singapore, Bali, and Bangkok to help care for my younger cousin while their mom worked. These experiences strengthened my adaptability, responsibility, and ability to create a safe, nurturing environment anywhere. When I babysit, I love keeping kids engaged through games, crafts, creative play, and interactive learning. I'm often the go to sitter for friends when their daycare provider is unavailable, and I pride myself on being dependable, patient, and attentive. I look forward to meeting your family!
