About Alana

Hi, my name's Alana! I'm in my third year of college, studying to become an elementary school teacher. I am I'm patient, understanding, and energetic. I have 5 years of paid experience and 8 years of unpaid experience caring for children of all ages, including my siblings, cousins, and family friends. I've also cared for children with disabilities and worked as a Behavioral Technician, helping with daily routines, feeding, diaper changes, and encouraging independence through play and positive support. I love engaging kids in educational games, outdoor fun, and creative activities. My goal is to provide a safe, happy, and supportive environment where children can grow, while keeping open, friendly communication with families. I am also CPR/First aid Certified!
