About Alana

Hi! My name is Alana , and I'm 22 years old. I was an assistant teacher at a Montessori school for about two years, where I helped create a nurturing, structured environment that encouraged children to learn, grow, and thrive. I have experience caring for children ranging from newborns to 14 years old, and I also regularly babysit for several families. One of the families I care for has four children under the age of five, so I'm very comfortable managing multiple children at once. I've also provided overnight care and traveled with families on vacations, so I'm experienced with adapting to different routines and environments. I bring patience, creativity, and a warm, attentive approach to everything I do. I take pride in being reliable, kind-hearted, and fully engaged, and I always strive to provide a safe, loving, and positive environment where children feel supported.
