I have true compassion for others and am able to not only be work efficient but have patience and empathy and can nurture the soul. Alana shows up early & has a sweet personality which was exactly what my mom needed. Even though my mom ended up being hospitalized I am having her hired to sit with my mom while she is in the hospital. I can not be with mom 24/7 & it is wonderful to have Alana fill in the gaps. We consider her extended family & a joy to have her help out.
