I am a trained and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have worked at two different autism therapy clinics over the past year and a half. I am also CPR certified and have extensive experience supporting children with a wide range of needs, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, Pica, and children who use AAC devices to communicate. In my work, I've supported children with varying levels of communication and behaviors, including those who may be physically aggressive. I'm comfortable with data collection, behavior plans, and individualized goals, and I always aim to bring patience, compassion, and understanding to every child I work with. My favorite part of working with children on the spectrum is seeing their growth over time. Milestones that may seem small to others can be incredibly monumental, and it's so rewarding to celebrate those victories with each child and their family.
