About Alana

Hello! My name is Alana, and I'm a recent Temple University graduate! I have a degree in Theater with a concentration in Acting. I am new to the Danbury area, and am hoping to explore theater and film audition opportunities in NYC. I would describe myself as creative, gentle, reliable, and a bit whimsical ! My childcare experience began in middle school, when I began babysitting for my grandparents' neighbors' children. From there, I worked as a summer day camp counselor. I planned activities for students ages 5-12 from our community. During the summer after my senior year of high school, I nannied full time for a family in my neighborhood before leaving for college. I enjoy working with children because I love fostering a fun, creative atmosphere, much like what I do in my acting career. I am happy to provide services such as running errands, tutoring/homework, planning fun activities for children, pet care, or transportation. I look forward to meeting you!
