Alana has been working in our home for a month and a half now, caring for my 3yo twin boys. She is incredible with kids this age - patient, loving, sweet, and diligent in helping them grow. My sons fell in love so fast, as did I. She's proactive with light chores, and very punctual. We will keep her as long as we can but I know she has plans to return to college; any family with young children like mine would be lucky to have her.
