In addition to my breadth of experience, I also have an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and am currently persuing my Bachelor's. Alana was our nanny for three years and she is amazing! She is thoughtful in her approach, gentle in her tone, and incredibly supportive! She moved away which is the reason she is no longer our nanny, but I would work with her again in a heart beat! She is incredibly responsive, and collaborative as we often discussed the best approach to different situations with the kids. She is reliable, dependable, and all around incredible! My boys adore her, and are so excited when they get a visit! It’s important to trust someone who is watching your children, and I cannot recommend Alana enough! (I not-so-secretly hope she’ll move back some day! 😉)
