About Alanah

I like working with kids because they are new here and need all the support they can get. Working with kids allows me to help them understand the world around them, understand their feelings, and help enhance their communication skills. I started working with kids when I was about 19 years old. I worked at a child development center where I worked with kids from 5 months-13 years old. There were helped kids regulate their emotions, work on motor skills, develop a love for reading and work together to create a routine. In my spare time, I like to take long walks with my two fur babies. I also enjoy DIY projects, seeing live music, spending time with my family, babysitting my younger cousins when needed and learning how to cook new recipes. One thing you should know about me is that I am very reliable. I enjoy working with others and establishing trust so that we can create a healthy environment.
