About Alana

Hi! My name is Alana! I am 20 years old and I am so excited to get to know you :) I have worked with children for as long as I can remember! I am the oldest of 4 children and am the oldest of 5 cousins as well! For the past 3 years I have been working in daycares with ages 6 weeks-7 years old! I also have been babysitting for neighbors and family friends up to age 12! Working with kids is so rewarding. I enjoy watching children reach their milestones and grow as the little humans they are! I am currently a junior at the University of Rhode Island, majoring in early childhood education and minoring in human development! My goal is to be a 1st grade teacher! A few personality traits I have is that I love to make others happy, I put others first, and I make sure that the safety and wellbeing of all children in my care, is prioritized! A fun fact about me is that I absolutely LOVE all things Disney! I have been every year since I was born, it's my favorite place!!!
