About Alana

I'm an energetic, observant, and nurturing Registered Behavior Therapist with four years of experience working with children ages 3 months to 8 years. I've supported kids with autism, ADHD, and high medical needs, and I love meeting each child where they're at. I use play, creativity, and sensory exploration to make learning fun-whether we're doing crafts, baking pretend treats, or exploring outside. I'm familiar with AAC, OT, PT, and speech interventions and always follow the child's lead while keeping them safe and supported. Families describe me as compassionate, dependable, and attentive. My favorite part of this work is watching kids grow, gain confidence, and feel like the most special person in the world.
