Alana is absolutely fantastic. She is fun, caring and punctual. She is playful and engaging with children. When she started my son was 8 months and my daughter was 3 years old - and was wonderful with both ages. She was with us for a year and a half. My kids absolutely adore her. She felt like family by the time she moved. She is truly a wonderful person.
