I am an certified nursing assistant been in the field 12 years. I am well experienced and highly skilled in the job field. My job is to enable patients to stay in their homes by monitoring and recording patient condition, providing support and personal services, and teaching families. Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands. Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming. Highly skilled in determining patients' specific personalities, and providing correlating dementia care. Expert at creating and implementing care plans for specific dementia-related diseases. Also fully vaccinated and CPR certified.
