With three years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I specialize in supporting children with autism and unique communication needs. I hold a graduate degree, which provides a strong academic foundation for my work in special education. My approach focuses on celebrating small victories through consistent positive reinforcement to build lasting confidence. I adapt my teaching methods by utilizing visual aids, hands-on activities, and open dialogue to suit your child's specific learning style. Because I value transparency, I provide regular updates to ensure we are aligned in supporting your student's success at home and in the classroom. I am fully certified in CPR and First Aid. Helping students master new skills and gain academic independence is truly the most rewarding part of my day.
