About Alainna

Hi! My name is Alainna, I'm 27 years old, and I have years of experience working with children of all ages. Since 2016, I've nannied for 4 different families, with positions ending due to moves or the children starting school. In addition, I've also done a variety of babysitting jobs over the years. I have an Elementary Education & Special Education Degree. My full-time career is a Program Manager for a group home supporting adults with disabilities. Which has strengthened my patience, communication, responsibility, and caregiving skills. I'm dependable, nurturing, safety-focused, and experienced in handling different routines, and needs. I'm also a proud aunt to my niece and nephew, so caring for children has always been a big part of my life. I love creating a fun, supportive, and safe environment where kids feel comfortable and parents feel confident leaving their children in my care.
