About Alaina

Hi! My name is Alaina, and I'm a responsible, caring, and energetic college student at the UM studying Political Science and Communication. I have several years of experience working with children through daycare and educational settings, including working with toddlers and children with special needs. I love creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids can learn, play, and feel comfortable. In addition to childcare experience, I've worked in customer service and leadership roles that have strengthened my communication, patience, and problem-solving skills. I'm dependable, organized, and always ready to help families however I can. I'm looking for a summer position from May 29th through July 26th and am available Fridays through Sundays.
