Alaina was a great nanny for our family. She built a bond with our son quickly and did a great job managing his care as part of a nanny share, where she cared for two babies about the same age. We appreciated her openness to feedback and understanding our goals for getting our son moving on some milestones, like working on tummy time, PT stretches and anything else we asked her to incorporate into his day. She helped us track his day through our app for feeds and sleeping so we always knew what his day had looked like. We'll miss Alaina very much and we are so glad she was there for us from age 3 months to 14 months.
