About Alaina

I've always been passionate about caring for children and helping them grow and develop. I worked at an inhome daycare center in high school, spent 2. 5 years providing 1on1 therapy to kids with autism and will be finishing a 6 month full time nanny position in August. As a nurturing and responsible childcare provider with 4 years of experience, my patience and creativity allow me to engage children in fun and educational activities that foster their imagination and curiosity. I prioritize open communication with parents, tailoring my communication style to their preferences. I will adhere to family rules as closely as I can. In addition to my childcare experience, I'm First Aid and CPR trained. I'm happy to assist with tasks like cooking, meal prep, carpooling, housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision; as well as helping to meet age appropriate milestones, outings, vacations, travel, screen time restrictions and anything else you might need!
