Mother of 5, grandmother of 1, aunt to many. I ran an in-home daycare for over 15 years with my mother, and have been a nanny for the last 4 years. Alaina was our first nanny for our first child and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She struck a perfect balance between applying her expertise in child care (crafts, activities, learning, age-appropriate meals, etc.) but also catering to our preferences and values as parents. Our son is now in school but Alaina remains an important part of our family, and someone who we will continue to rely on to care for and support our son.
