Something that sets me apart is I am a certified personal trainer who has worked with a special 55+ fitness program for 4 years. This is a skill I am looking to use to help people stay independent or gain it back. I can help with Transportation Services and Home Care. I have worked with all aged adults as well as specific Senior care experience. My favorite method of care is to live life with my clients by fulfilling their needs but also creating a space that allows them as much independence as possible. I believe autonomy, especially with special needs and seniors is very important because it can easily be taken away. I am here to help with day to day activities, to have fun, to help with medical care and to be a compassionate companion. My goal is help give/retain quality of life. To teach that there is still joy to be had at any stage.
