About Alaina

Hi! My name is Alaina, and I'm 23 years old. I've been working professionally with children for over 6 years, and I've been babysitting for as long as I can remember. I come from a big family with 8 siblings, and being right in the middle, I naturally stepped into a caregiver role early on. I've worked with children of all ages, mostly 0-5, and have been both a Lead Infant and Lead Toddler Teacher. I'm nurturing, bubbly, and passionate about child-led learning. I'm currently exploring Montessori-inspired methods and love incorporating them into my work. I've also been a nanny for 3 amazing families over the past 3 years. I stay up to date with my CPR certification and required trainings, including Safe Sleep. I love helping children grow, learn, and discover the world around them.
