About Alaina

I would describe myself as patient, calm, and understanding. I enjoy creating a positive and supportive environment, especially when working with children. I like working with kids because it's rewarding to see them happy, comfortable, and growing. I started caring for children at 14 by helping with younger family members and later babysitting consistently for families in my neighborhood over the years. In my free time, I enjoy staying organized, spending time with friends, and being with my family. I am studying early childhood development with the goal of becoming a child life specialist or working with children with special needs, where I can support kids in a meaningful and compassionate way.
