Hi! My names Alana! I'm have health provider CPR certificate. I work as a CNA and server. I'm a first semester nursing student. I'm a passionate childcare provider with over a year of experience caring for children of all ages. I've always had a love for working with children, and I find great joy in helping them learn, grow, and develop. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I always strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I believe that open and honest communication is key to a successful childcare provider-parent relationship, so I make sure to keep parents regularly updated on their child's day, whether through text or phone calls. I also follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, as I believe that consistency is important for children. In terms of activities, I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, both indoors and outdoors. I love playing sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles.
