Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. With four years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults. I provide services such as errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. My approach is patient, friendly, and professional, and I always follow the family's preferred communication method with regular updates. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. Respecting independence is important to me when connecting with a care recipient. I have a high school degree and speak English and French. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I look forward to bringing my skills and caring heart to your family.
