Akira is Responsible and Responsive, Dependable and Dutiful, Punctual, Patient, and Positive! She responds to telephone calls even when off-duty because she cares about her Charge. I can, literally, count on her to answer a question or talk about mom's care, even in the evening when she's not working. She takes her job seriously and gives her best! She really cares. If you want the job done and done right, call Akira. Oh, no don't call her; I want her available to fill-in for me again. She filled-in when my regular caregiver was out on vacation, and she is even taking on extra hours I need that were not yet filled with a caregiver, Sunday. She will care for your loved-one as if the patient is her loved-one. She is someone you can trust!
