I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I provide services such as errands, shopping, and light housekeeping. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I have some college education, plus current CPR and First Aid certifications.
