AJ is fantastic with children! She has been working with my kids since they were little, and she has always known just how to relate to them, at every age, and how to meet their neurodiverse needs with so much care and thoughtfulness. AJ is fun and creative and kind, and at the same time is capable of holding boundaries / rules. AJ is not only a wonderful caregiver, but is truly a mentor to children as well. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!
