About Ajani

I've always loved working with kids, and I'm passionate about making a positive impact on their lives. I have 6+ years of experience as a childcare provider, and I'm comfortable caring for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens. I have recently gained professional nanny experience on Fridays from September 2024- current and date nights currently. I also am now an evening teacher at a daycare who works with all agre groups (mostly babies) M-F. I'm creative and imaginative. I'm also very patient and understanding, and always willing to listen to children's concerns and help them work through their problems. I believe that communication is key in any relationship, and I make it a point to keep parents updated on their child's day. I'm happy to chat with parents at pickup time, or I can send regular updates via text or phone call. I also follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether that's email, text, or phone calls.
