Amazing with the kids. My 22 Month old loved her after 5 minutes of interacting. She sang her favorite Nursery rhymes and followed my schedule. What I appreciated the most was the pictures & videos she shared throughout the night. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I had an outstanding experience with Aja as our child care specialist. She struck the perfect balance of being warm, welcoming, prepared, and professional. From the start, she took the time to understand my daughter's routine and habits, ensuring that the care plan was tailored to our specific needs.

Throughout the day, while I attended a conference, Aja kept in touch with thoughtful check-ins and sent photos and videos that gave me peace of mind. She followed our nap schedule perfectly, and my daughter clearly felt comfortable and cared for.

Aja was so great and made our 2 year old feel comfortable immediately. We hired her for a night out while we were on vacation and it made our vacation so nice knowing we could step away for an adults-only evening.

Aja was amazing.  She was able to help us on short notice, which saved our evening plans with friends who had come from out of town.  She gave great communication before meeting us, and on the day of the job, she was timely, calm, confident and pleasant.  She didn’t get rattled when she walked in to meet all of us and found us trying to manage our infant in the middle of a spiral due to teething and an overstimulating day with friends and family.  She handled each of our toddler’s and infant’s competing needs at bedtime which is difficult for even my husband or I to do alone.  I would absolutely recommend her and hope to be able to receive her help again! 

Aja is everything you’re looking for in a childcare giver!! She took such amazing care of our little 3 month old and made me feel such at ease away from the house. I highly recommend Aja and we definitely look forward to working with her more. 

Awesome babysitter! Great with our 1 year old when she had trouble sleeping. We were only in Nashville for a quick visit and needed a sitter on a very short notice, and we are so happy that we found Aja. Sweet, knows what to do, very responsible!

Aja is amazing. She allows me to travel extensively with work without my daughter missing a beat. She is kind, bright, and has a superb work ethic.

Aja was our nanny for 4 months to our 2 year old son. She took wonderful care of him. She prepared breakfast and lunch and did his diapering and toileting as he transitioned to potty training. Aja was extremely punctual and a good communicator. She has a kind, loving heart and treated our son with such love and respect. Although he’s now in school, we look forward to Aja still being able to babysit him as he grew quite close to her. 

Aja was amazing! She did a great job with our two toddlers who can be kind of a handful and she had the house spotless when we came home. We will definitely be using her again. 

Aja was perfect. My four old son had a wonderful day with her while we were visiting Nashville. She communicates well, sends updates and photos. So happy we found her. 

Aja is amazing!! We came to Nashville for a work conference and I’m so so happy that she was available. We were able to virtually meet her before our trip and we already felt so welcomed by her and confident in her watching our 2 year old. When she watched our toddler at the hotel, she gave us updates and communicated with us as we asked. Our little girl really enjoyed her time with her and I’m so grateful we got to meet Aja. Next time we are in Nashville, we will definitely be asking for her! 

She has been caring for our two year old, and she is aware of her surroundings and always ensure he is taken care of. She really care about your child and communicates any issues that she foresees.
