I am an experienced, nurturing nanny with a strong background caring for children from newborns through adolescence. Over the past two years, I worked closely with one family, supporting 2 active children from the newborn stage through toddlerhood with consistent, developmentally informed care. I have hands-on experience with sleep training, self-led weaning, and key milestones such as potty training, emotional regulation, and age-appropriate independence. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Conflict Resolution, which supports my ability to guide children through communication and emotional development. I also have experience mentoring adolescents.
