Hi! I'm a loving, patient, and dependable childcare provider with experience working with children of various ages through before- and after-school programs, including AlphaBest and other youth-focused environments. For the past seven years, I've also helped raise and care for my nephew, who lives with me and has ADHD and behavioral challenges. This has given me hands-on experience with managing behaviors, establishing routines, providing emotional support, and practicing patience and understanding. I'm also a proud mother to a baby boy with Down syndrome and complex medical needs, which has strengthened my experience with individualized care and understanding each child's unique needs.
