Aixa worked for us for almost a year watching our infant daughter full-time. My daughter loved her. She was extremely nurturing and very reliable. She helped us out a lot too. We felt very comfortable with her watching our daughter and son when he was home occasionally. We moved states which is the only reason we stopped. We were so sad to say goodbye.
