About Aiya

Hi! My name is Aiya, and working with children has always been something I'm passionate about. I love creating a safe, positive environment where kids can learn, grow, and have fun. I've worked as a camp counselor and as an instructor at a children's gym, where I taught gymnastics, Ninja Warrior, and STEAM art classes. These roles taught me how to connect with children of all ages, encourage confidence, and keep them engaged through creative, active learning. I enjoy everything from crafts and outdoor play to reading, games, and helping with homework. Families describe me as patient, dependable, energetic, and easy to communicate with. I understand the trust parents place in a caregiver, and I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is to make every child feel safe, valued, and excited for each day while giving parents peace of mind knowing they're in caring, capable hands.
