Aiyanna is incredible with our two year old twins! She holds the line with them, which is so important as they grow into individuals. She also strictly adheres to their routines and schedules. She has really gotten to know each of them as people and is able to calm them down if they begin to have a tantrum. She uses a warm tone when speaking with them, and ensures they are respectful. We are happy to have her as our go-to sitter!
