About Aiyana

I've been caring for kids since I was a kid myself, helping raise my siblings and babysitting other children from around age 12. I also assisted my mom with her in-home daycare and became a live-in nanny at 16, a family I'm still close to today. I love working with kids because they bring joy, laughter, and energy, and I genuinely enjoy helping them feel safe, happy, and supported while encouraging their growth and independence. I'm creative and love planning fun games, crafts, outdoor activities, and educational projects that keep kids learning and engaged. I also cook, help with light cleaning, assist with routines, carpooling, travel, and anything needed to make life easier for families. Most of my spare time goes to my son, but I also enjoy painting, crafts, making candles and gift baskets, reading, and giving back. Families describe me as nurturing, reliable, patient, and communicative, and I treat every child like family, building trust, joy, and consistency every day.
