About Aiyana

Hi! I'm Aiyana, a professional nanny and early childhood educator with 7+ years of experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. I'm EEC Lead Teacher certified for all three age groups, Director II certified, CPR & First Aid certified, and currently continuing my education in Early Childhood Education. My approach to childcare is warm, attentive, and intentional. I love creating age-appropriate activities that encourage children to learn through play while building routines that help them feel safe, confident, and supported. I have experience supporting developmental milestones, planning outings, creating sensory and art activities, and working closely with families to provide consistent care. I especially love getting little ones out of the house for story time, play spaces, nature walks, and new adventures!
