About Aisling

Hi! I am 23 years old and have 8 years of experience babysitting children ranging from 3 months old-12 years old. As a babysitter since I was 15, I gained firsthand experience in creating nurturing environments which has helped me manage both individual and group dynamics. I also worked as a lifeguard for five years which sharpened my ability to stay calm under pressure and ensure the safety of children, while my many years as a camp counselor have provided me with the opportunity to foster personal growth and well-being in children through team-building opportunities and emotional support. Through my experience managing an indoor playground for children ages 0-5, I developed strong skills in conflict resolution, ensuring that all children are safe and that both parents and children leave with a positive experience.
