About Aisha

Hi! I'm Aisha, a college graduate with a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Albany. I have babysitting experience with several families, plus two years as a Direct Support Professional in a healthcare setting, where I learned patience, responsibility, and how to stay attentive and dependable while caring for someone else's wellbeing. I've also helped raise my little brother since he was born, so I'm very comfortable with the day-to-day of caring for a child long-term, not just for a few hours here and there. I'm comfortable with kids of all ages. I keep things fun through games, arts and crafts, outdoor play, or homework help, while making sure routines, meals, and pick-ups stay on track. I'm easygoing, but I know how to be the adult in the room and stick to the rules and routines parents have in place. I always keep communication open so you know how things are going.
