About Airiana

Hi! My name is Airiana, and I'm a BLS certified caregiver and nursing student with over 6 years of experience providing in-home and clinical care. I currently work in the Medical ICU Stepdown unit at Morristown Medical Center, where I care for patients with complex health needs including seniors who require close monitoring, dignity, and compassion. I'm deeply committed to providing safe, respectful, and personalized care to older adults. Whether it's help with daily tasks, companionship, mobility support, or medication reminders, I bring patience, professionalism, and a warm heart to every interaction. I treat every client like family and understand how important it is for loved ones to feel secure and supported in their own homes.
